The AF Website actually states that the lounge in MAN is accessible on payment of 25 Euros on the Eco+ AF operated flight I have booked in conjunction with an onward connection to SIN in Premium Voyageur.

I hope that this is the case when I try to go to the lounge!?!

Is anyone able to actually confirm whether or not this is the case?
