The tone of the report is seriously leaning towards anger at the fellow pax, as much as the airline and law enforcement:

In the hyper-sensitive world of flying, sneezing too often could get you kicked off a flight and questioned by the FBI.

This is so off-center from "anything for security" as to be encouraging.
