As far as I know, there is nothing official on a B767 re-fit, but the rumor that Boeing is offering a re-fit to the B767s due to the deliveries of B787s being delayed, does seem to have some credability.
There are a lot of problems with the BA SH B767s, mainly the phantom call button, which sometimes stops after anything up to 45 minutes, but not always.
Broken video screens in front of the front row bulkhead sets (for which replacements are not obtainable).
Broken video equipment (for which replacements are not obtainable).
However, the leaky plane, of Smirnoff fame, seems to have been fixed.
The worst of the BA B767s is the one with the black seatbelt/no smoking sign in front of 1D and 1F, though I don't know the registration number of that one.
