MLL is the only one you'll get in for free that I know of. I've been ushered into the Premier lounge when MLL was super busy - but not sure you can get in there without at MLL coupon or Priority Pass. Food is more asian focused and it's definitely less crowded but otherwise pretty much the same. Obviously, the BA lounge and others are not available.
