Be a lot I think.

Everyone is delighted to GET one when the seat is busted, or the plane is late, or the wine is spilt etc, and a great move for UA. As you get "compensated" and do not harbour bad feelings.

Then you forget all about them .. well I often do at least.

Have 2 full sheets of UA 1K drink vouchers sitting on my desk somewhere that expired December 31 IIRC.

Have 4 x SWUS that will expire in weeks, ditto CR1s, and must have had 4 of those $250s from last year that I was meant to go to website for, and forgot to do or lost the white card with serial number etc.

I have 50 x RCC drink vouchers too, but that's a different story as they were not dated.

It is called BREAKAGE and UA counts on it occuring big time.
