I'm very surprised to hear that. I've stayed at the Swan or Dolphin at least 20 times, and have never had a bad experience. I actually tend to prefer the Swan for its slightly better Epcot proximity and the best sushi in Florida at Kimono's.

Sorry you had a bad room - I can say that I never, ever have at this property and I hope this is an outlier.
