Thanks for the welcoming messages - this is already more pleasant then calling United.
I will definitely look up the threads on paper vouchers, and ask if e-vouchers are available IF I ever give up my seat again.
DIA is about an hour away from me, but even travel to/from I would have spent less time on the phone and not gotten a hidden fee crammed on my card.
I have a friend who called and was told that fees were waived for premiere members when booking over the phone, but the call center was adamant that wasn't the case.
