After numerous calls to a "callcenter", multiple disconnects and confusion on their part i was able to book travel with full fare being charged to my united visa card and the promise to reimburse me for the 400$ in vouchers (hasn't happened yet). After the first call i wasn't given info where to mail the vouchers after the second and third call i was given different PO boxes and information to write on the vouchers. Then to top it all off i was charged 50$ ticketing fees, after the fact - NO MENTION of fees ever occurred during booking, Check the voice recordings! I was told if I dispute the undisclosed fees United could cancel my whole booking. So much for being Premiere and having a United Mileage Plus card, and that whole customer service thingy.

They are much easier to use at the airport.
I'll take vouchers every day to the week if I have time ^^^^^
You should NOT have been charged a phone booking fee, I'd call and get that refunded ASAP.
