What exactly is a two car-class upgrade? Avis does their classes by the alphabet - so if I rent a fullsize car (E) do I get a G? What if I don't want an SUV?

Where do Specialty cars fit into this?

I got my Avis President as a perk of my CO Presidents Mastercard....
