Not balsting you Chexfan, but I think there is much we can learn about SPG from Mr. Berra.

I'm sure William is conservative about disclosing what future developments are in the works, simply because he has people above him. Jim Berra is the # 1 person at SPG, so if he feels like letting us know about something, he will, without restrictions from his superiors.

Also, there were several developments that were revealed in last year's SPG chat with Hoyt Harper that have not come to fruition. For example, some SPG PGA connection for guests, and earning points at Caeser's on your gaming line of credit. I'd like to know where these stand. I'd also like to know about the confirmed suite upgrade feature that was supposedly going in a few years ago, but that has never made its way into reality. I would also like to know why we can't get more information about how many "upgradable suites" a property has.

I would also like to know more about platinum special events, and whether or not they are just planning on scrapping the idea, as none ever seem to happen.

I'm sure that there are more questions people will have.
