Has anyone flown PAL with a lap child on business class (long haul- LAX-MNL-LAX)? Do they have bassinets? What are their policies with regards to car seats on the chance that there are empty seats? Do you have specific seats to recommend for two adults traveling with a lap child? The interactive feature on their website points me towards requesting the bulkhead seats on the lower deck since they face a wall.
