As best I can tell, the Starwood relationship with Cotton Bay must have disintegrated. If anyone knows otherwise for any future Luxury Collection development, please let us know. For my Google Earth mapping files, I'm marking this project as Canceled from an SPG customer perspective. The development seems to have proceeded independently.
