Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Newspapers on the ground. Orders were taken in the air by status.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Not sure.
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) Not sure.

Overall experience/any other comments: The service on this flight wasn't particularly good. Service in the J cabin was reasonable at first and then the FA stayed a fair bit in the galley. I had to use the call button for the first time in a long time.

I also want to point out that there is some confusion with staff around whether or not you can have your status show up on the BP/PIL for reward flights. After I didn't see it on the first flight, I called and asked at the gate to have it added and was told this wasn't possible. Then it finally gave me the option on the last leg of the trip to enter my AP # on OLCI, so it seems it is possible. I think it makes a difference in service and for that it's worth something to me.
