The receipt from Expedia or Priceline would be what you would use.

You have paid Expedia or Priceline, which in turn, is billed by the hotel an amount that is different than what you paid.

No excuse for rudeness, but this is how it works with prepaid reservations. The hotel can't give you a receipt because they don't know what you paid for the room.
