I found myself at this hotel on Monday night when my connecting flight got canceled. The front desk person was great for my getting there - I was at Dulles trying to retrieve the bag that I checked (I will never do that again on an outbound with a connection) and I called about the shuttle. They stopped at 11 (it was about 10:50) but she got the Marriott hotel shuttle to agree to run me over there up until 1 am. She was also helpful about holding the room open after I'd checked out in case I couldn't get on a flight Tuesday (I did).

On the other hand, she said she'd look up my MR number, since the after hours travel people didn't provide it, and I didn't have my card with me, and she didn't. (An email to Marriott fixed it).

Also, I'm gold and no free internet.
