Good luck getting a prompt customer-orientated response from BA Israel... I emailed them 2 weeks ago to to ask politely why I wasn't invited to the Hilton sushi lunch despite my EC*G and giving them $100k of business a year, as I had been hoping to use the opportunity to chat to them about a potential $1m pa of flights I need to sort out for a client just for the LHR-TLV route.

I got a one-liner saying "we invited a segmented group of customers" and I wasn't in it. No response to the offer of $1m of revenue.

Am off to see LY and see if they want the client's business instead. I'll be moving my own flying over too if so, of course. That sushi is looking pretty expensive for BA just now.
