CP agent told me there's no dedicated CP telphone number??
I just made CP status a couple of weeks ago and haven't received the packet yet. Because of my upcoming trips I've been calling US on almost a daily basis, and it's really a pain to have to call the platinum line and put in by DM number to get a CP agent. I asked the CP agent if I could have the direct line, and the agent told me that all preferred levels go to one telephone number now.
I can't believe this is true. Does anyone have any info on this?
