You should declare any medicines, even common ones like asprin, by ticking yes to the question, because you're likely to get a much more thorough check if they find them and you didn't declare them, even if they are not prohibited. From my experience, declaring it, and then when asked, telling them it's paracetamol usually leads to a very quick exit from the customs hall

I guess I never parsed that particular question carefully enough. I have always thought it referred to restricted drugs... that is heroine etc
