I'm looking for the best destination in Hawaii to visit this February, with two things in mind ...

- Good surfing for beginner/moderate
- Nightlife, younger crowd

I'm a PC member, so I was looking into the Holiday Inn Waikiki, although I can use the Hotels Anywhere feature.
