We stayed there recently (Nov.) and the only issue we had was the BB we received. It expired very quickly. When we questioned them, they had to idea what to do. MR helped us to get a replacement through the property. (It's in the mail right now.) We were disappointed about bfast, but thats the way it goes.
I would definately get the $100 if they had attitude issues. Several times, if the arrival gift was forgotten, I would remind them if all else was handled well. Its the entire package of service IMHO. I am not just looking for $100.
