The Dreaded 767's- what are BA doing with them?

Hi everyone- is it just me or is nearly every thread here on the BA board about these dreaded 767's! What are BA doing with them at the moment? I have seen some posts about shorthaul 767's being used for DXB which is ridiculous really, seeming as that route can sometimes be operated by a 747 which is streets ahead of a shorthaul 767! I understand that there must be a reason behind this but it seems quite strange.

So are BA going to send these old birds off to CWL for a much needed re-fit and a big scrub up because of the 787's being late? If I travel in Europe now, I always try to get on a A320!

Even the 734's at LGW which I fly on frequently are in much better condition, especially with the new spacesaver seats fitted on most of them now! The 734's are also nearly 20 years old!
