I agree with other posters, only you can decide how you value your miles.

BE on the 763 is probably the least impressive there is, but I would still spend the 150K.

Also, partners might be a good option and have lower rewards available, but keep in mind that means about 3 hours in Intra-Europe Biz on the connection, which isn't nearly as good.

Especially for such a short trip, I'd want to get as much rest on the way over as I can.

If you're really worried about miles, you can also mix and match BE on the way over (overnight) and coach on the return (daytime). Or even DL 72 over and then a partner back...
