I have not had experience with JK or UX but on TP they're pretty lax with carry-on restrictions.... I've been able to bring aboard the standard US 1+1 without problems. If it's a RJ, you check at the door just like in the US.

I'm going to guess you're flying LIS-MAD or vice-versa, is that right?
