there are a couple of what i would think easy fixes that would make life so much easier for starwood. they try to encourage people to book on their web site (bonuses, etc.) but it is so un-user-friendly. that is counter-intuitive. i would book more on the site if it were easier, regardless of the 1K bonus points. my time (and sanity) is more important than points.
