Once or twice I patiently walked agents through the math on this. One agent couldn't believe that the upgrade sweep was broken and instead insisted that 100 hours = 3 days + 20 hours. Another figured out what was wrong and said "just wait a couple of hours."

(This was back when UDU was first coming online and the actual answer was, manually cancel and reapply your "e500" upgrade request.)
