The hotel website says you go to "A Soriano Aviation Inc" in Pasay City for the flight to the resort. I think a friend told me this is the same company that Aman uses. "A[ndres] Soriano" is a name that carries a lot of clout in the Philippines. The Soriano family founded San Miguel brewery.
In fact, the Sorianos own the majority share of Amanpulo. The family have owned Pamalican Island for many years.
