There are, in some airports. Am Ex Centurion clubs. I've only used them overseas, in Rio and Sao Paulo. Not as large and fancy as some clubs (e.g., Continental President's Clubs), but anyone with a gold card or above could use them, and they were outside of security. Free snacks and free PC use (even some airline clubs, such as those of US Airways, while having free WiFi, don't necessarily have PCs you can use if you don't happen to have a laptop with you).
