I would go to www.checkmytrip.com to make sure you have a ticket number (even though you can access the PNR on CO website!).

Sometimes you are just lucky to get an email confirmation I have found! But dont worry if you didn't receive one.

IME DC miles are deducted immediately, but it may be a systems thing (the Xmas/New Year slowdown) causing a delay for the miles to come off.
