Well, while you must have been typing this i was on to DC booking the CO flights. I now know what you all mean about the DC call centre

You make very good points and had i waited i'd probably have gone US but hey ho, i've done it now.

So i've signed in to onepass, entered the confirmation number, saw the itenerary, picked seats, entered passenger info etc. However, the miles have not yet been removed from DC, and i have had no correspondance from them, is this normal? I guess that since CO seem to know about the whole shebang i'm ok?
