For the most part, it would be all UA as we know it, plus CO's int'l food, CO's PDA site, and CO's reward rules (with UA's one-way awards).

As for management, I'll take Tilton over $misek. I'm sure employees would disagree, since they still seem to be buying into $misek's talk.
