First time poster here!

We traveled from DFW to ORD last week and I brought my 2-year-old with us. It was his first paid-for, ticketed flight! Now that we're back home, I am thinking we might set up an AAdvantage account for him. I know miles expire after 18 months, but hopefully he'll fly at least that often to keep them active. Any thoughts on setting up an account for a toddler? Does it seem like too much? Is there any advantage (pardon the pun) to getting him an AAdvantage account? If that's not enough questions from the newbie here, does anyone know if there is a bonus for signing someone else up? Might as well get bonus points if I'm signing my own son up! @:-)
