While I completely agree that DL did do a good job on branding and they enhanced the NW product (for sure), I think those who started at NW would argue that what they did to the FF program was generally not good. These are the ideas that we don't want UA to steal.
Honestly, I don't care too much if it's a tulip, a rose, or a big cucumber on the side of the plane, nor do I care too much if the club is called RCC, United Club, or "Eat" in a red neon sign. I want a good product inside (agreed that the first steps have been pretty sketchy) and a good FFP.
