Plenty of shops, including a Swiss Made Products shop with a wicked musical maze in which you drop a big ballbearing down and it plays a tune. The lady in the shop is very patient with big kids like myself and Mr Alsacienne who make a point of doing so when we (infrequently) take flights out of GVA. There's also a 'buffet' type of eaterie (not posh enough to be a restaurant) that offers fresh foods from various different cultures ... Italian, Wok, Japanese etc ... but GVA is a functional airport above all. If you were able to get out for a few hours, downtown and the lake are easily accessible from the train station in the airport .................
