There is a vBulletin setting to allow attachments. This specific forum doesn't allow users to upload attachments, although I'm not completely certain why. It's more of a legacy policy that Randy would more than likely be able to explain. Since vB supports it, this app supports it, however it should consider the board settings and suppress the options if appropriate (as it is here). I honestly thought I had checked this, but I might have missed it with my test account. (my admin account is allowed to do just about anything I want.
)
I will verify this and we should be able to get it fixed.
