Welcome to FT. And welcome to the EK Forum!

You've come to the right place. One of the best online tools for checking seats is www.seatguru.com

I personally wouldn't like 6A/B on your outbound, because you'll be close to the galley (they are the last row in J class). As far as I can see, you're on a 2-class 777 aircraft. I would stay with A/B but choose row 4.

On the DXB to MLE sector, you state that you're in seats 11 A&B, which is in Y? Is that correct?

As far as Y seats go, they're probably ok, however I always prefer exit rows. Or you may want to opt for the sets of 2 seats, which are row 46-48 (but they are right down the back).

I suppose the positive is that the DXB-MLE is only 4-hrs, so it won't be that bad.

Your return seats from DXB-BHX look fine. Good choice.

You should be able to access the seatmap via your booking reference number on the EK website, so you should be able to move the Y seats around - except for selecting exit rows (this has to be done at the airport).

Good luck. Let us know how you get on...
