Arrived back home in London from the Christmas vacation to Antigua and was horrified to find my Swiss Army knife was in my carry-on Targus laptop bag. I'd put the knife in my hold luggage for the outward journey but must have inadvertently dumped it in the laptop bag along with miscellaneous sunglasses, cables etc I'd kept in the hotel bed side drawer.

Bear in mind my laptop bag had been singled out for secondary inspection at the airport by an eagle-eyed security guardian who had spotted the main weapon in the terrorist's arsenal, my lethal MacBook power adaptor.

I count myself lucky I am not languishing in an Antiguan gaol being fed a diet of over-ripe coconuts.
