I love potato kimchi.... Here's a brief breakdown:

If I am not mistaken, that Korean potato dish is not kimchi. That's one of the
banchan served in a Korean meal.
I am not Korean but I haven't seen a variety of
kimchi using potatoes. I am not into kimchi anyway.
