Great idea. I hope Delta deploys them across all clubs. It would also be nice to see them deploy airblades in the rest rooms. One of the things that troubles me about the current "food pit" approach to snacks is the hygiene of the area - people using their hands in addition to or in place of serving utensils (not intentionally, I'm sure, but rather due to the logistics of the setups). I'm not so much concerned about my own health (I've probably either been exposed to, or inoculated against almost ever infectious agent imaginable). All it will take is for one person to decide they've become ill due to a SkyClub and food will quickly disappear.
