I went down stairs and asked for a breakfast voucher and they told me I go to the breakfast room in the morning and tell them my room number.

I honestly don't remember if our room rate included breakfast. I am platinum but I don't believe that gives us breakfast. How would we verify this?

In addition the checkin gentleman told us there were no upgrade rooms available but tomorrow (today) 11 should become available. Today we went to claim our upgrade room and *poof* we were told no more rooms left as a group just came in. (We saw something like 50 suitcases in the lobby.)

Not very impressed with their treatment of platinums.
