We get a copy of the flight manifest just before closing the a/c door. It does have a list of pax with status but it doesn't have the list in order of pax waiting to upgrade. It's in order of their seat assignments. Sometimes the agent will ask us to go get someone to bring them up before closing the door. We aren't suppose to move anyone up on our own, that is handled by the agents. As Jim mention earlier jumpseating crew members are allowed to take a seat in first once boarding is complete if one is available.
