I love articles like this which transform the author’s single experience into broad platitudes about whatever happened to wrong him or her. Today it’s the airline industry, tomorrow it’s the cable TV industry or the health care industry.
Knope, time to post your comments as a reply to the author. Some of the comments already posted are fairly insightful, others humorous.
One poster complains that the F/As should be young and attractive, such as on the "Asian airlines," and not "grouchy, 60 year old obese women."
