CO is probably the most difficult airline to get a complimentary upgrade among legacy carriers for top tier elites... Being in CLE and the days you fly on [heavy business travel times], no way your upgrade rate will be even close to the DL rate... Ever since Continental introduced up-sells many have seen their upgrade rate drop significantly...

I would expect for 50-60%....

BTW, you said you usually fly early in the morning, so I checked EF and both CO 1045 and 345 are showing F6...

If you are sick and tired of DL and want to jump ship for good while sustaining the same upgrade rate, you could try AA out... Granted you will have to earn EXP first before you can enjoy the benefits, but AA EXP is probably the best program out there for 100K flyers and the upgrade rate is very good [95%+]...
