GSM specks for droid 2 global (3G) are: 850/900/1800/1900

WCDMA are: 850/1900/2100

So if I understand your comment if want to use 850, go w Telstra, but since has higher frequencies, go w Optus.

But PP'd sim, then top of w voice + data pak.
