It's a nice video, but from your comment I am assuming you believe it was close? It certainly isn't - there only needs to be 1,000ft of vertical separation. This looks to be quite a bit more than that, although it's hard to tell from the perspective.

If you have the date, your flight number and approx. point in the flight that the video was taken you should be able to see the exact separation from www.flightaware.com
