Getting dropped off at the Sentri line if you're a guy and alone is not recommended since that's where the mordida cops hang out. The best bet is to get let out on the other side and walk across the lanes of traffic and get on the sidewalk leading to the US that way. Getting let off right at the Sentri line - or further back at the bridge - could be fine, or the mordidas could be there and will delay you.
