You got lucky. It is very clearly stated in the T&C (and I thought very consistently enforced) that Priceline, etc. rates do not earn points or night credit. If you give them your MR#, you'll earn points on incidentals (FS hotels only), but you shouldn't get anything on the room rate.
Actually, I didn't get lucky. I have not used priceline since I got Diamond w/Hilton some eight years ago.
But now that I read more posts, I believe I meant to say that, "....oddly enough, you get your PERKS when you stay w/a priceline room."
I misspoke...it was the "perks," not the "stay credit."
