I always say one person. If I have guests, I make sure they are no more than the room can handle.

1 Queen = 2 people
1 Double = 2 people
1 Queen/1 sofabed = 4 people
1 King/1 sofabed = 4 people
2 Doubles = 4 people
1 King = 8 people
