Last night my flight (DTW to LAX) was delayed a little over two hours, the bathrooms had no water and the catering selection was minimal. So, towards the end of the flight, the flight attendants handed each passenger a "Please Accept Our Apologies" voucher. That was great customer service on Delta's part - another reason why I love this airline. The voucher is good for $100 towards a future ticket purchase or 10,000 SkyMiles. How should I use this voucher? I'm not sure which will be the better deal.
