AA (years ago) used to do them at no charge (at least for this Plat on a J fare) but went to passenger self-serve when the Australia government put the process online.

Typically I give my passport # along with my credit card number to either United or American and its done.
A seamless process even before the ticket reaches my inbox
I would like to add I have always paid a fee to United or American and delighted to do so.
The question here is does Delta offer this service as other major carriers do?
Delta told me where to go and gave me a phone number in DC however I dont want to send my passport anywhere if I can help it.
I see your link thank you I have never done this what is the basic process.
Will review but does Delta do this for their customers?
