Help!
I'm not quite sure how this happened, but I think it had to do with a promotion I signed up for months ago.
I found that I had a 10,000 Starwood point bonus moved to my (not very active) JAL account. All subsequent stays also are posting to the JAL account. I called Starwood to stop the insanity, which they did for all future conversions, but they told me there is nothing they can do to get the points back. Any suggestions as to how this account change occurred in the first place and how I could get them back to my much more valuable Starwood account?
